Partner questions
Do I need to be technical to partner with you?
No. Installers need to know the customer's cameras and recorder, which you already do. We handle the cloud side and help with the rest.
Who supports the customer after setup?
We agree that with each partner. Some partners handle the first call themselves; others pass everything technical to us.
Which services can I offer?
CCTV CloudVault, Backup, Disaster Recovery, Web Hosting, Business Email, VPS and Managed Services.
Do you work with partners outside Nairobi?
Yes. Most of our work is done remotely, so we can support partners and their customers wherever they are.
