Before you book

Is the assessment really free?

Yes. There is no charge and no obligation to buy anything afterwards. You keep the findings either way.

Do you need access to our systems?

Usually not. Most of it is a conversation about what you run and how it is set up today. If we need to see something, we agree it with you first.

How long does it take?

The CCTV check is usually answered the same day from a photo of your recorder. The backup check is a short call. The recovery time assessment takes about 90 minutes.

Do you work with businesses outside Nairobi?

Yes. Most of the work is done remotely, so we can assess and protect systems wherever you are.

What if we already have a backup or IT provider?

That is fine, and common. We look at what is in place and tell you honestly whether it would hold up. Many businesses use the findings with their current provider.
